As a corrective exercise specialist, I like to start all clients and athletes with the following assessment. Measurements included: body fat, range of motion degrees, movement patterns and manual muscle testing. This is then complied together in a detailed report explaining what muscles need to be strengtheded and lengthened and how to do so. The client is provided with an exercise prescription and a personalized video to follow. Once sufficient mobility and core strength have been established a more agressive program can be prescribed.
