What movements do you do repeatedly? By creating specific exercises to recreate those in the gym we make sure those are movements you can stay strong in- whether that be a sport, picking up your cat or sewing! As we age our ability to produce force quickly decreases. While focusing on an increased need for recovery we will fit in enough of a stimulus to continue to improve and reach vitality.
