Sessions geared towards overall strength & conditioning in-home, at the gym, on a trail, on a paddleboard! After a full assessment we will develop a detailed program for you that balances the consistency needed to achieve results and diversity to provide new and stimulating challenges.
8, 16, or 24 pack 50-minute sessions of private or semi-private
Virtual sessions include a copy of the workout at 60- or 30-minute sessions.
