Swim Drills

Use the following drills during a swim warmup. Use mental cues of high elbow, finger drag recovery, reaching over a VW bug and belly button rotating to the wall. Good variations include: 

* 75 swim, drill, kick 

*25 swim, 25 drill, 25 kick, 25 sprint, 25 drill
